Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Portaxo's websites, applications, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. The Services

Portaxo provides business tools that may include trade-data search, buyer and supplier discovery, company and contact research, AI-assisted content, contact management, and email outreach through a mailbox you connect. Features may change, be limited by plan or role, or be offered in beta.

3. Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail, Google Workspace, or another third-party account, you authorize Portaxo to use the permissions you approve solely to provide the requested integration. You remain responsible for the connected account and may disconnect it at any time. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms and policies.

4. Outreach and legal compliance

You control the recipients, content, timing, and purpose of outreach sent through your connected mailbox. You must have a lawful basis and all required permissions to contact each recipient. You agree to comply with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, sanctions, and consumer-protection laws, including honoring unsubscribe and suppression requests.

You may not use the Services to:

• Send spam, phishing, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Use purchased, scraped, or otherwise obtained contact data without the right to use it.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, products, or the source of a message.
• Evade sending limits, suppression controls, provider policies, or recipient requests.
• Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Trade and contact data

Trade, company, website, and contact information may come from public sources, licensed providers, user input, or automated analysis. Such information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Scores, classifications, and rankings are decision-support signals, not guarantees. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-generated text, analysis, and suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and approve outputs before use, especially before sending communications or making commercial, legal, financial, or compliance decisions. You are responsible for the final content you use.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services. You grant Portaxo a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide and use that content.

8. Portaxo property

Portaxo and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Credits, plans, and payment

Some actions may consume Portaxo credits or third-party provider capacity. Displayed costs and limits may vary by feature, plan, or beta policy. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, consumed credits and completed usage are non-refundable. Paid plan terms will be presented before purchase when billing is enabled.

10. Beta features and availability

Beta and early-access features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery rates, search coverage, or compatibility with every third-party provider. You should maintain independent copies of important data.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms recipients or third parties, or threatens the Services. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Portaxo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that data, recommendations, AI output, or email delivery will be complete, accurate, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portaxo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services. Portaxo's total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Portaxo for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
