Plus is billed once for twelve months and delivers 500 credits every month on the day you bought it. It does not auto-renew — when the year ends the account returns to Free until you choose to buy again.
What a credit buys
A month of Plus is 500 credits. That is 500 companies revealed, or 100 contact unlocks returning up to ten people each, or any mix of the two. Unused credits do not roll into next month.
Enterprise
An administrator owns the company account and adds the people who work in it. Seats, credits and module access are managed in one place rather than account by account.
Administrators decide what each user can reach: which modules they open, how many credits they may spend, and whether they can export.
Where a team should research without holding the contact list, an administrator can restrict a user to masked names and emails. They see the company and the fit; the identity stays with the people who own the relationship.

No. Each month starts at your plan's allowance. The limit exists because the underlying customs and contact data is bought per query, not because we want the credits back.
No. Empty results and cached searches cost zero credits — you pay to unlock companies, not to look. Roughly a third of contact lookups come back empty, and none of them are billed.
